Letter in The Argus

I read with great interest the following letter that was published in the Argus dated 24/03/09. "I drive around Worthing regularly and have to put up with so-called cyclists. Worthing has supplied adequate cycle routes around the town and along the seafront and yet they still ride on the roads. Surely if the paths are there they should use them or be given on the spot fines like motorists are." Makes intersting reading.
