20mph speed limit for urban roads - priority campaign ?

Not wishing to repeat all the arguments here, just look at 20's Plenty For Us

To me it would seem fundamental to increasing cycling in Worthing (and all other residential areas, come to that) and so should be a priority campaign. It also has the merit of greatly improving the quality of life for all living in urban areas, so has considerable appeal beyond cycling.
